Todd Brough
Acting Chief Rotary Pilot
Todd Brough is Blackcomb Aviation's Acting Chief Rotary Pilot. He has been flying helicopters commercially since 1985 and is endorsed on the Bell 47, 206, 212, 230, 407, 412, AS350, Hughes 300, 500 and Enstrom. Todd has worked as Chief Pilot, Check Pilot, Line Pilot and Training Pilot for aviation organizations across Canada and has approximately 13000 flight hours.
Andrew Bradley
Rotary Operations Manager
Andrew Bradley is Blackcomb Aviation’s Rotary Operations Manager and has 22 years experience flying light, intermediate and medium type helicopters in Canada and South America. He is endorsed on 7 different helicopter types and is a Designated Approved Check Pilot (DACP) representing Transport Canada on pilot proficiency checks. Andrew is the recipient of the Helicopters Association of Canada Pilot Safety Award for 7640 accident free flying hours.
Tricia Finn
Communications Manager
Tricia Finn is Communications Manager for Blackcomb Aviation. She has a Master of Arts in English Literature and Classics from the University of Canterbury and a Secondary Teaching Certificate from SFU. Tricia is an accredited feature film and television writer and is a member of the Writers Guild of Canada. At Blackcomb, Tricia oversees all facets of communications including media management, internal communiqués and newsletters, web content, promotional materials, RFP’s and other corporate documents.
Gordon Frazer
Manager of Fixed Wing Operations
Gordon Frazer is Blackcomb Aviation’s Manager of Fixed Wing Operations. Graduating from the University of Alberta with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics in 1969, Gordon began flying commercially shortly thereafter. His thirty years of aviation experience includes flying Hercules aircraft in the Arctic, as well as B737, C550 and C680. In addition to his work as a commercial fixed wing pilot, Gordon Frazer has worked as Regional Manager with the Industry Training and Apprenticeship Commission for the BC government.
Chris Frey
Director of Maintenance, Fixed Wing Operations
Chris Frey is Blackcomb Aviation’s Director of Fixed Wing Maintenance. Chris supervises line maintenance on Citation 550, Bravo A/C, Super King Air 350 and Citation Sovereign. He has also provided line maintenance on Lear 35, Lear 55, and heavy maintenance on a variety of business jet aircraft. Chris graduated from BCIT’s A.M.E. Program in 1999 and completed a Management Skills program at Langara College in 2008. Prior to joining Blackcomb, Chris worked for a Canadian jet charter company who provided private charters and Medi-Vac air services throughout North America. In addition to his work at Blackcomb, Chris has worked as a part time A.M.E. instructor at BCIT.
