Scott Delaney is a rotary aircraft engineer (M1 and M2) at Blackcomb Vancouver/Richmond base at YVR. He is a graduate of aircraft engineer training programs at Northern Lights College and BCIT and has earned numerous credentials in field maintenance at the Bell Training Academy. Prior to joining Omega Aviation (later Blackcomb Aviation) in 2002, Scott worked as an AME at Acro Aerospace and Helipro International where he assisted in the overhaul and inspection of Bell, Sikorsky and Eurocopter aircraft. This included acting in Crew Chief capacity on the AS350/355 and Bell 427 projects.

Jordan McGregor is Lead Rotary Wing Aircraft Engineer at Blackcomb Aviation’s Vancouver/Richmond (YVR) Base. Jordan completed his AME training at BCIT’s Aerospace Program in 2003 and has his Category M2 Diploma. He is endorsed on Bell 206B, 206L, 407, and 205A1. His field experience includes heli-skiing, radio communications, ground long line support, and firefighting operations in several Canadian provinces. Jordan McGregor has been with Blackcomb Aviation since 2002.

Chris Mueller

Quality Assurance Inspector

Chris Mueller is Blackcomb Aviation's Quality Assurance Inspector. Chris studied Forestry and General Sciences at UBC (1989), followed by pilot training and his commercial licenses in airplanes and helicopters from International Aero-Flight in Langley. He commenced his Aircraft Engineering Maintenance education in 1992 at Northern Lights College in Dawson Creek. Since then, he has completed additional training in Fort Worth, Texas, Phoenix, Indianapolis, Montreal and Vancouver. Chris Mueller has worked extensively in the mountains of BC, Yellowknife, and in Manali, India.

Brent Newbery is a Rotary Wing Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (M1/M2) at Blackcomb’s Whistler base. His aviation career spans three decades and includes extensive experience in management and as a field engineer. Brent is endorsed on Eurocopter AS350 and AS355, Bell 204, Bell 205, Bell 206, Bell 212, Bell 407, Bell 412, and Robinson R22 and R44. Prior to joining Blackcomb Aviation, Brent worked as Director of Maintenance, Base Manager, Quality Assurance Manager, and Base Engineer for aviation organizations throughout Western Canada.

Ivan Priest began his aviation career in 1991. Currently he is an M1/M2/Dynamic components aircraft maintenance engineer working out of Blackcomb’s Whistler base. He is endorsed on Bell 206, 206L and Eurocopter AS350, AS 355 series helicopters. Ivan also has dynamic component overhaul experience on Bell 206, 206L, 204, and Sikorsky S76 aircraft as well as line maintenance and overhaul of Hughes 500, Enstrom 280, Boeing 767, 737 and Airbus A310, A319, A320, A321 series aircraft.
