John Morris holds airline transport licences for both fixed wing and helicopters with over 16,000 hours of flight experience. John started his flying career in 1975 flying float planes on the west coast of BC. In latter years he moved into the business of managing and flying various transport category aircraft. His helicopter background began in 1980 and includes heavy lift logging and construction work, offshore oil support, heli-skiing and general utility operations. John continues to be an active pilot for both fixed and rotary wing operations which keeps him abreast of the changing nature of the business and ongoing customer requirements. As a true aviation entrepreneur, John has successfully expanded Omega Aviation into a diversified fleet having the right mix of equipment and people.
